Another round of spring storms for Sunday night

Saturday looks terrific: a few clouds, and a south breeze by afternoon, but big changes come on Sunday.

Expect those south winds to increase moisture dramatically across North Texas. We’ll see that with low clouds by Sunday morning.

Two chances of rain will be with us on Sunday. Scattered showers and T-storms may develop Sunday afternoon. A few of these storms could be severe, with dime to nickel size hail being the main threats.

By Sunday night, an approach cold front will likely bring a line of strong to severe storms across Texas. Dime size hail and 60mph winds will be the main threats from the Sunday night storms.

By Monday, turning sharply colder, with cold rain likely.
