Brrrrr, a cold weather pattern for us

January 19, 2008 at 12:23 pm | Posted in Uncategorized | Leave a comment

A series of rather minor cold fronts will roll through over the next few days.

They’ll keep temperatures below normal, but since the fronts are Canadian origin air and not Polar, at least we won’t see the super frigid air.

A steady stream of weak upper level lows will move across this cold air and provide enough lift for showers and clouds through most of the work week.

By Wednesday and Thursday morning, temperatures may be cool enough for some of the rain to fall as a light wintry mix. Still a long way out, but still needs to be watched.
